I’ve only been taking them for two months, however and the difference is clearly noticeable! Fantastic product!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This product was recommended to me by my Dermatologist. I takes a while to work, but I noticed that after the first month my hair was noticable thicker. I also have problems with shedding; and I noticed less shedding and breakage after the the first bottle too. I have just finised my third bottle, and my hair is shiner and my hair feels a lot more moisturized since relaxing can dry it out. It doesn't seem to promote a lot of hair growth but it keeps your hair from breaking, maintaining the length that you have. My hairdresser even noticed the difference.Interestingly, some of my nails are stronger and longer, others are still splitting, tearing. Haven't noticed any difference in hair strength/growth or improvement in my skin. I still believe I'm better off overall taking, than not . . . . .I was so frustrated with trying to grow my "own" nails after years of the fake ones. Every time my nails would even begin to grow out they would split and chip so easily. I've used Matrix for several months along with Nail Envy and Solar Oil around the finger nail faithfully for about the last 6 months and finally I have beautiful, thick and strong nails.
