I suffer from plantar fasciitis, so I have to be careful with what I wear for shoes. I put these on the first day and taught all day in them with no problems. They are cute, comfortable, and make your feet look narrow although they don't feel narrow. I also love that once you have the laces where you want them, you can just zip/unzip them. These are true to size and quality shoes you would expect from Vionic. You won't need an insert with these at all. Super trendy for the comfort. Love them! (I bought the wheat color.)
