I ordered 8M and they are on a wide side which I actually like.Cons: Very nice looking, nice buckles, all 3 straps are adjustable. Lightweight.Pros: Although the insole seems soft at first try, after just 10 minutes my toes started feeling numb. I tried the sandals on 3 different days around the house, and the same thing happened. Weird. There is arch support and a little ridge to keep toes in place BUT both are way too back and it bothered my foot. The insole is grey and maybe some people would find it bothersome because it's visible . It's also raised a bit, brown with dark speckles, just like in a picture.I am becoming the biggest shoe whiner on Amazon. I am being disappointed time and time again, and I am not even that picky. I have normal feet 8 Regular/Wide, slender ankles, delicate skin, no bunions etc. I also have back problems and need shoes that fit well and are comfortable for long walks. I even got Amazon Prime, because I was tired of searching for a good shoes in stores that mainly cater to fashion girls. I just need : Stable low heel, arch support, heel cup, non-slippery inside, no rough seams or straps, adjustable straps, toe room, a little bit of elegance or at least smart/casual look. It seems that all the shoes Made in China could fit Chinese feet, not American feet, it seems like there is no (American) quality control at all. Materials are cheap, shoes look cheap and they feel awful. It also seems like companies don't test their shoes on REAL people. I also feel guilty every time I return the shoes and order other ones, knowing that I am contributing to more fumes in the air.
